The Hampshires at Greenbrier is an attractive community of traditional Southern Style homes located near the intersection of Kempsville Road and Volvo Parkway in the Greenbrier section of Chesapeake. Hampshires at Greenbrier opened in 2005 and consists of 178 townhomes. The three different models of townhomes are well-built and maintained, offering well-designed living space and surprisingly ample storage. Residents have easy access to area shopping, restaurants, and everyday conveniences.
Take a stroll on the meandering pathways through our beautifully landscaped grounds featuring generous green spaces. Relax beneath one of the gracious arbors by the lake and observe the wild birds that visit our area. There is so much to do and so many ways to be involved in our neighborhood and in our community. Our Condo Association, made up of Hampshire homeowners, is strong and active.
