Hampshires at Greenbrier is a condominium community, built by the Dragas Companies and established in 2005. There are 178 townhouse units plus a clubhouse and swimming pool. Five ponds are featured throughout the neighborhood and ample green space for sidewalks, arbors, benches, trees, and lush landscaping. A monthly condo fee is required from each homeowner to cover common expenses.
The condominium association has a board of directors consisting of five volunteers from the community. Board of Directors meetings occur once a month at the clubhouse. Homeowners are invited to attend these meetings, but may only actively participate in a brief homeowners forum at the beginning of each meeting.
The homeowners association has four officers who are also volunteers from the community. An annual homeowners meeting is held each November. All homeowners are urged to attend and participate as members of the association. There are committees made up of volunteer residents to coordinate social activities, neighborhood safety, communications, and to make recommendations to the board concerning issues such as parking, streets, landscaping, and the clubhouse.
United Property Associates is the property manager for the association. The property manager handles all service contracts and collection of homeowner fees among other financial aspects of running the condominium. They work closely with the Board of Directors to make recommendations and to provide practical and legal advice concerning important issues and decisions. Hampshires at Greenbrier is a beautiful community with an actively involved and friendly neighborhood!
